As we can read on the homepage: “Since 2008, the CEL/ELC has hosted a Forum every two years to take stock of the changing linguistic situation in Europe. With the aim of improving societal and individual multilingualism across Europe ever at the forefront, these Fora have brought together colleagues from diverse arena to discuss challenges, barriers, studies, improvements, and opportunities that a diverse linguistic landscape provides.”
The Forum, entitled IMAGINING THE FUTURE OF MULTILINGUALISM - EDUCATION AND SOCIETY AT A TURNING POINT, took place on the 4th of December 2020. The authors had the opportunity to present the results of a survey and follow-up interviews carried out by the CercleS Focus Group on Autonomy and its practical implications through two European projects: CORALL and DT.Uni.
